RooferRate is a free online directory of roofing contractors. We aggregate publicly available business information to help homeowners find and evaluate local roofing professionals. We do not broker, guarantee, or endorse any contractor listed on the platform.

You may use RooferRate to:

• Browse and search for roofing contractors by location.
• View business information, ratings, and contact details.
• Contact contractors directly using the information provided.

RooferRate is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not use the directory to scrape, bulk-download, or republish listing data without our written permission.

Listings on RooferRate are compiled from publicly available sources including Google Places, state contractor licensing databases, and business registration records. This data is included without requiring the consent of listed businesses, as it constitutes public business information.

We make reasonable efforts to keep listing information current, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information displayed. Business details — including phone numbers, addresses, hours, and licensing status — can change without notice.

You are responsible for verifying the credentials, licensing, and insurance of any contractor before hiring them. RooferRate does not conduct background checks, verify licenses in real time, or guarantee the quality of work performed by any listed contractor.

If you are a business owner whose information appears in our directory, you may contact us at support@rooferrate.com to:

• Correct inaccurate information about your business.
• Claim and manage your listing.
• Request removal of your listing if you have a legitimate reason.

We review removal requests on a case-by-case basis. Listings compiled from public data are generally maintained as part of a directory of public record.

Roofing professionals may create accounts to claim and manage their listings. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to update it if it changes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are associated with fraudulent activity.

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or bulk-download listing data.
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content about any contractor.
• Attempt to manipulate or falsify ratings, reviews, or listing information.
• Use the directory to spam, harass, or contact contractors for purposes unrelated to roofing services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable law.

RooferRate is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the directory is error-free, complete, or continuously available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradecraft Technology LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of RooferRate or any contractor you hire through it — including but not limited to property damage, financial loss, or personal injury.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed $100 USD.

The RooferRate name, logo, and original content on this site are owned by Tradecraft Technology LLC. You may not reproduce or use them without permission. Listing data sourced from public records is not claimed as proprietary.
